Dr.Pickket is fantastic. He is knowledgeable and empathetic. Takes his time to really listen and makes you comfortable with moving forward to your health care.

One star goes to the office staff except for Jody. Dr. Pickett has been my doctor for 15+ years (a wonderful man) BUT ever since a new office staff has been in place for his office and/or whoever is answering his phones, it's like Fort Knox to get a message to him. I requested to see him for an appointment this Monday (5/13) or Tuesday (5/13) before I go into surgery on Wed (5/15 - In which I told the girl who answered the phone and she told me that he has no openings Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to see me and I had to remind her that I WILL BE IN surgery Wednesday), for the medical issue that he sent me to the hospital for ASAP and that I've been dealing with thereafter. [Even then, the staff wanted to dismiss me and send me over to the nurse practitioner who knows nothing about me.] This office staff will not even squeeze me in to see him for 10-15 minutes before surgery and he probably has no idea because if he did, he would definitely make that 10 - 15 minutes for me. Again, wonderful man and doctor, terrible office staff.

Dr. Brian Pickett and the staff at Partners in primary care in Cranston Rhode Island are absolutely amazing. I have been seeing Dr. Pickett for the last 15+ years and have only received top-notch care from him and his team. I have to give a big shout out to Tanya who is Dr. Pickett's right hand woman. She has always been very understanding when you call in plus she tries her best to fit you when there is an emergency! I almost feel bad leaving this outstanding review because more people are going to want to seek him out as a doctor which makes it harder for me to get into see him but I guess it's worth it

Dr. Pickett is a fantastic doctor. He is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and makes you feel very much at ease. He is dedicated to the point that he will actually call you personally with results of a cat scan, and will either give blood test results over the phone or send a hand-written personal note with recommendations regarding results. An outstanding doctor in every way. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Brian Pickett has treated my family for years but I will be getting a new doctor after my recent experience. I was treated with antibiotics that was prescribed by Dr. Pickett. I then had another issue that resulted from the antibiotics. I called the emergency number because it was the weekend and I was treated respectfully until I got a call back from the actual doctor. Not only did he answer the phone in the rudest manner possible, he proceeded to argue with me, telling me I was contacting the wrong type of doctor when it was his medication that gave me the issues. I wonder what primary care doctors are for then? I tried to explain my situation but he continued to cut me off and raised his voice to me. Dr. Brian Pickett is rude and an ageist. I left the conversation crying and I received no medical help.
