Dr. Koci has been very responsive and caring cardiologist. I'm so happy we found him. The office is clean, organized and easy to locate. A particular member of his team, Chelsea, is the keenest med assistant I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with. She follows through on any task that is needed, has kept us updated at every turn, is kind, efficient, and true to what she says. I had bariatric surgery and was sent to Dr Koci for pre-op cardiology. I found him to be a very knowledgeable doctor and he was concerned about my health. After my surgery I continued to see him as prescribed and again, really enjoyed my visits and his knowledge and recommendations. He ordered a stress test. The day before the stress test, I called to confirm and they had no record of the appointment. I was holding the appointment card in my hand!! I called the office twice and left messages explaining what occurred and NEVER received a call back!! Very disappointing!! I like Dr Koci, not his staff. I have found a new cardiologist with a competent staff.
