Dr . Vaccaro is absolutely amazing. The whole practice is honestly. My Late husband was a diabetic who went into heart failure, and if it wasn't for Pen cardiology, we would've lost him sooner than we did. He was in cardiogenic shock given 48 hours to live and he walked out of HVICU at Penn Presbyterian 27 days later and they kept him going for another four months. If it wasn't for them, my husband would never have known that our oldest son got to graduate college.I have nothing but the upmost respect for them for what they do and what they did for me and my children during that time.
