Patient
I am the caretaker of an elderly man (89). Today, 2/10, office was upset that we were 15 minutes late and had to see if Dr. would see him or we would need to reschedule. Many times I have sat for appointments for 1/2 hour or more, no reason given for Dr.'s delay. If this visit was for me, I would never come back here again. It is obvious looking at this man that he can hardly manage walking with a cane any more and is not really competent to make his own decisions. I pick him up and he moves slowly, we had an ice storm Saturday with lingering ice on pavements. Medical offices, not all, have become ridiculous. Besides rules not applying to them, why would you not think that my time is as valuable as yours. Because his condition is urgent, if this was me, I would NOT be back again. Thanks for making him angry for the day with his state of dementia
