My sister had a silent heart attack in her Dr's office and they keep rescheduling her appointment for the last 8 months... Pretty pathetic for a hospital to pick and choose who they see.

The staff working in the Nuclear Testing area is absolutely wonderful! I was here for hours with one of my patients from another facility, and they went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable, felt safe, and was happy. The test takes a while which can cause frustration for the patient but the staff made sure that didn't happen. I am extremely happy to see how they treated one of my own patients, when she was in their care. I am very very happy with the nurses and providers involved during her appt. Keep up the great work!

I come here regularly to figure out what's wrong with my heart. So far, they have been amazing! I had the stress test, they were great. I went back for the nuclear stress test, and they were so so amazing! Made sure I was okay, kept me in the loop to what exactly they were doing, etc. The only downfall I can speak on is that it took a week to get my results from my nuclear stress test and now waiting 2 weeks for my cardiac cath appointment. But besides being slow at times, the doctors, techs, and nurses are amazing!

Had an appointment for my mother who is in the final stages of vascular dementia, she's totally immobile and needed a follow up after a hospital visit. We arrived 12 minutes because we got stuck 81 traffic and they refused to see her. They said we needed to reschedule and it takes two month give or take for a new appointment. No consideration for her condition, the fact that I had to take off work and we were slightly late due to circumstances out of our control.

5 handicap parking spots. Forced to park on the other side of the hospital and a PAR yells at me for asking for a shuttle at the cancer center. I can stand up for 2 minutes after I've had to walk. Nice way to treat people. Then another PAR gets made because there was no one at the downstairs check in mad no way I was walking all the way over to the far desk to have to walk back to go upstairs. People clog the circle so the shuttle can't come back. No wonder no one cares about their job anymore.
