Dr. Dalessandro is my mom's cardiologist, and he's terrific. He is genuinely caring and answers all her questions when she comes in. And his answers aren't boilerplate... they are realistic with my mom's age in mind. Parking there is a bit dicey... only 2-3 handicapped parking spots, and the rest are in the back. Thankfully, my mom has me as a driver. I don't know how others make that trek.
I don't agree with one poor review received here. Dalessandro has been so honest and forth right with my care. Explained why my insurance won't cover his request and was all around so far an excellent cardiologist. I do not feel he's about the money as his one poor review stated. Not at all. He even explained why sometimes insurance won't cover. Wondering if poor review person paid out of pocket. He's definitely good Dr. Concerned about his patients
Dr. David Dalessandro epitomizes the exceptional physician because he is compassionate and talented. He is calm, confident and reassuring, which is what I feel all patients, especially cardiac, and their loved ones need in a physician. Dr. Dalessandro understands the needs of his patients because he asks pertinent questions, gives his patients sufficient time to respond and listens to their answers. Dr. Dalessandro effectively communicates with his patients because he not only listens to them but also fully explains any changes and/or additions to their current regimen and provides easily understood reasons for his decisions. Dr. Delassandro has been my mother's cardiologist for approximately 5 years. Recently, she experienced inexplicable severe hypertension. Dr. Dalessandro immediately suspected an arrhythmia that would require a pacemaker. Therefore, he prescribed a 48-hour monitor, which confirmed his suspicions. After pacemaker placement, my mother's blood pressure returned to normal!
Extremely rude nursing staff. Tell you that you will "drop over dead" or on the phone tell you - " you could die in your sleep". Lots of pressure to pay pay pay but very little ability to work with the patient. Everything you say is "yelling"- do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Was treated with utmost kindness by nursing staff and Dr dalessandro was so comforting and concerned. Would recommend this man to anyone needing a cardiologist.
