While the doctors and PA staff are excellent in their procedures it is next to impossible to receive a return call from office staff or Dr Jan and his staff. When it comes to your personal health a follow up to my heart disease questions should be initiated asap. Leaving voice mails in their general mailbox are apparently ignored. Fine doctors - no responses to health questions from staff. I'm reluctant to change providers at this stage of the game. Kendall Pratt

I've been seeing Drs. Jan and Khaji for about 2 years now. Both have operated on me with great results. I highly recommend both men, they're professionalism and caring nature are just what you're looking for in Cardiac care.

I belive I have found the reasons why this place got such a bad review. I have called four times to confirm my test results and new extra tests. Every time, I have been transfered to order departments. Never got any results or whatever conclusions. It is bad for Penn med's reputation.

I've never felt so disrespected by a dr.office in my life. Had an appointment at 3pm, it did not show in my MyChart so I called to confirm, they said no it's at 3:30. Ok so I still show up at 3pm just to make sure. I then wait until 4:50pm when I finally had enough and I walked out. Absolutely no consideration for my time at all. They all sat there and giggled talking about their tv shows will over 10 of us were waiting in the waiting room. I was not the only one that walked out. Thanks for wasting half my day to not even be seen!

West Chester Cardiology is an outstanding practice that provides exceptional heart care with professionalism and compassion. Dr. Jan, in particular, stands out for being extremely knowledgeable and kind. He takes the time to listen, explain complex information clearly, and ensure his patients feel comfortable and cared for. His expertise and gentle demeanor make a real difference during what can be a stressful time. Highly recommend!
