Emergency visit in a different state. Had to drive 53 miles from where I was but... it was well worth it. The outside of the facility was clean and updated. Parking for the er was very convenient and directly to the left of the ER entrance. Greeted and brought back almost immediately. The 1st person was efficient, recorded the situation and vitals quickly. My treating nurse Denise was DYNAMITE ! Assessed the situation, gathered supplies and got right to it. My relief was almost immediate. she continued to check on me and provided all the appropriate follow up documents. The room was individual, clean and had all the proper equipment. We will be following up with a thank you and DeCuzzi fragrance samples. Highly recommend if you are inexperienced in the area. Be polite, positive and you'll be out better than when u arrived. Thank you to the whole team.

Had to visit the ER here and was nervous initially because I just moved to the area and wasn't sure how it would be. The wait for a bed was long but that is understandable. Everyone I encountered from security to the doctor was kind and courteous. Most of the staff had a sense of humor which really helps when youre not feeling well. When I did get a room everyone in the back was wonderful as well. My nurse was Travis and he was one of the best nurses I've ever had. He was attentive, funny, he listened and answered my questions. I never once felt like I was a bother to him or anyone else. My PA was just as great. My experience there was wonderful and to know this is now my local hospital, I feel confident in going back should I need to. Keep up the great work, it didnt go unnoticed!

I have been to the ER and hospitalized many times in the past 5 years due to an ongoing condition. I can say with certainty that this is a top notch hospital for both. While their care may be standard in PA (I'm new to the area) - throughout then rest of the East Coast they exceed expectations in most regards. I was seen twice in the ER, the first I received the correct care and everyone was nice but it just didn't work like it should have. When I went back the next day their computer system in triage flagged me as being very sick and their rapid care, explanations, and demeanor was amazing. The PA I saw originally took the time to help me calm down on top of medically treating me. I was moved quickly through tests and admitted. The care on the floor was outstanding, from techs, to nurses, and even the doctors (more rare than one might think). I was always treated with kindness and was seen regularly by doctors from multiple specialities as well as the hospitalists who were so nice and listened to what I wanted as a patient not just what they thought needed to be done. I was even seen by a nutritionist who provided aftercare tips to help keep me healthy in the long run and hopefully have an easier time getting to and maintaining a healthy weight after an episode like this. While they did inform me that most people would stay longer in my case they respected my desire and knowledge of my body to leave on the earlier side - ensuring I was properly prepared to go home and follow-up accordingly. I cannot speak highly enough of this place.

I had a very positive experience at Chester County Hospital, especially in the Labor and Delivery department. The entire team was professional and supportive, but I want to give special recognition to Nurse Nabaala. She was truly amazing -- so kind, caring, and attentive. I felt like she treated me just like her own daughter. She was not only friendly but also gave me the right advice at every step, which made me feel calm and confident during my labor. Her warmth and encouragement turned what could have been a stressful experience into something comfortable and much easier than I expected.
I also want to thank Dr. Jacqueline McLatchy, who performed my C-section. She was very professional, thorough, and caring throughout the process. I felt completely safe and confident in her hands, and my overall experience was excellent because of her expertise.
Thank you so much to them and the Chester County Hospital team!

I had to take my mom to the hospital due to a bowl blockage. Every employee in that hospital is so nice and professional and welcoming. It truly feels like I am talking to my best friend with anyone I interacted with. Everyone is so pleasant, from the employees at the front desk to the amazingly sweet lady's that were selling chances to win baskets. . It's really nice to know that my mom will be cared for like she's there own.
Thank you to Chester county hospital for taking care of my mom. I used to sell products used in hospitals so I have been in a lot of medical facilities, but none of them come close to Chester county hospital.
