Geisinger Healthplex State College

Absolutely LOVE this place. Love the doctors, their wonderful. I wish we had a Geisinger in Ridgway PA.. EVERYBODY in the surrounding areas would DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY be going . One day!

Bright open space. Friendly helpful staff to help you check in at the new kiosks if you don't know how, and to help guide you in the right direction if you're unsure where to go. Parking is good with plenty of handicap/expectant mothers spots and handicap accessible doors at all entrances.

I have never had a worse experience trying to pull my records from a hospital. I was in communication with them back and forth for months trying to get my documents from them and they were unable to help me regardless of weekly calls on my end to move the process forward. They did not do anything on their end and I had to beg them several times in order to move the process forward. One of the worst experiences I have had the misfortune of dealing with.

I had a great experience with OBGYN Lauren Elizabeth Williams, PA-C at the Grays Woods location on 2/7/25. She was kind, efficient, thorough, informative and respectful for patient treatment. She is very considerate of her patients. I highly recommend her!

I will never go back to their orthopedic department ever again. I'm done with them. They said there was nothing they could do for me and I went somewhere else.
