St. Clair Medical Group Cardiology

Our experiences with multiple doctors under this practice have always been extraordinarily great. We have absolute confidence in the doctors, and they have steared us through multiple very severe events in our lives And successfully got us back on the good track in life and being able to live another 10 or 20 years is a big plus. I have to say that rating doctors based on the administrative staff is a bit unfair Having a great talented doctor become downgraded because of the disposition of administrative staff is not truly reflecting the talent of the physician or surgeon

I love Dr. Ryan Zuzek, but getting information to him has proven difficult. The nurse that I spoke with was rude and would not take the information that Dr. Zuzek had asked us to collect. I was then told by the receptionist to take a picture of the information and email the office. The email was rejected by the offices server. Then for over two weeks after at least three calls to the office they refused to call me back. When I called in for a fourth time, the nurse called me back and was rude again and not very helpful.

Dr. Zuzek is wonderful. That being said, the receptionists/front-office staff at this practice are some of the worst I have ever encountered. I would love to name names but apparently giving your name when you answer the phone in a doctor's office is completely optional. I am deeply sorry for troubling you to answer phones when I call, greet me in a professional manner when I visit, be prepared for my interactions, and to be remotely helpful in any way shape or form. In the event that the doctors neglected to notify you when you accepted the position, being employed in a medical office still means customer service. I know, that sucks, but hey, you accepted the job & you cash the paychecks.

Wonderful doctors. Saw Dr. Donovan who was very informative on my condition and easy to talk with! First time needing a Cardiologist, glad I picked this group.
