Dr Power is always very pleasant and thorough when speaking with him. He explains things well and always makes sure I have an understanding of the situation/issue or testing ordered etc. I feel he cares about his patients.
UPMC has the best doctors, nurses and staff. They make you feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door until you leave. The doctors spends time with you and goes over all your questions without the feeling you are being rushed. Thank you.
I love this guy. Makes me feel like someone cares. Makes me feel more empowered with my health decisions. Makes me more confident about my healthcare choices and the team I work with.
Had an echo done by my PCP after having palpatations, elevated blood pressure and possible irregular heart rate, the echo shown pulmonary hypertension I went to him concerned about it he did no additional testing and said it's probably because of my asthma and sent me for pulmonary tests and they came back normal and instead of looking more into it he said it was because I was overweight. I agree that my weight probably doesn't help but I'm not severely overweight to the point that it would be showing pulmonary hypertension on my echocardiogram I found this doctor very unprofessional I asked a couple people and nurses that know about him and they did not recommend him I also do not recommend him due to all of this and because he didn't even go over my echo results to begin with meanwhile heart problems run in my family from heart disease to strokes
