Took my mother in today for an appointment with Doctor Kailash.. His bed side manner, the time he took with her and his compassion was incredible as well as Understanding and validating my concerns. He is top notch and if you are looking for a new doctor I would highly recommend him. I'm so thankful that after Dr. Eisner's passing I found a doctorI can truly trust for my mother's care.

Dr. Kailash was amazing. I had good doctors before, but I never had a primary who personalized health to this extent, even reviewing nutrition information on my protein powder.

Friendly and responsive staff at front desk. Dr. Mark Brown has been my primary care provider for over 12 years. He listens patiently and takes the time to provide me with the best care.

I've been with PMA since I was a kid and just recently started having problems not with nurses or doctors but with them not answering the phone I have on multiple accounts have been hold for least 30 minutes or longer waiting for somebody to answer just for nobody to answer and have to call back the next day just to do the same thing over again

The doctors at PMA are great! Knowledgeable and attentive. The reception staff on the other hand, seems to lack personableness; for the many years I've gone to PMA, the reception staff seems to have a hard time smiling or being pleasant to the patients. Recently, in addition to the lack lustre attitudes, a lab script that was supposed to be sent to the lab never got sent and I didn't know that until I had waited an hour to have the tests done and then after checking in at the office to get a TB test and waiting 50 minutes, was told by the nurse that finally called me, that the front staff at the front desk didn't send back the list with my name on it and she didn't know I was there. Something seems to be lacking and it's not with the doctors.
