Unprofessional, Dishonest Billing, and Failed Communication - Stay Away This office operates in an extremely unprofessional manner. First, the phone number on their business card does not work, making it impossible to cancel appointments. When I finally reached them, they hit me with a $400 no-show fee ($200 each for both of my parents) despite their own failed communication. Even worse, they claim they "confirmed" the appointment--but instead of calling the day before (which is standard practice), they insist they called on July 28 for an August 7 appointment. A 10-day "confirmation" is meaningless patients' plans change, and a real reminder should happen within 24-48 hours. When I disputed this, the staff member was rude and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility. This feels like a scam: unreliable contact information, no real appointment reminders, and then aggressive fees when their own system fails. A legitimate medical office would have proper procedures in place. Do not trust this practice, find a more professional and ethical provider.

Cardiology has been exemplary in their care and expertise. The team was thorough, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Grateful for their exceptional service and dedication to patient well-being. Highly recommend!

My experience at the doctor's office was excellent. The staff was friendly, the doctor was attentive, and I left feeling well taken care of. Great for staying healthy and feeling accomplished.

My husband has had 4 appointments at this office so far and only 1 of the visits have been some what acceptable patient care. I am seriously looking into transferring his care because it's ridiculous to be dealing with a health condition and also having to deal with extremely long wait room times , and rude staff. I have had the most unprofessional dealings with two of the office staff. The young Muslim woman was very rude to myself and my husband regarding a PCP change that was delayed by no fault of our own and when my Insurance Company called to resolve it so my husband could still keep his visit she HUNG UP on my Insurance company. There is also a older African American woman who does front desk that seems incompetent she told us his Insurance was rejected when she looked up his coverage under the wrong insurance provider site even though she was handed his Insurance card. It just shouldn't be this hard to get good health care!
