Einstein Cardiology at Tabor Road

I have been trying to contact them. Trying to reschedule an appointment, trying to speak to my mother's doctor pertaining to very serious situations. I have been leaving messages since February of last year, as that is what they are asking us to do. No one has contacted us. The only people that are answering are the schedulers, but they transfer us to someone who never answers their phone nor do they ever call back. This is so unprofessional. I don't know what to do at this point.

I hate to have to leave a 1 star but last week on Wednesday I was running late for my appointment because I had to find parking because there was no parking outside. The sign said no parking on Wednesdays. So when I finally get there it's a girl security guard. I told her I had an appointment for pelvic floor therapy. She told me I had to call to find out what room I need to be at. So I was already late. Then I explained to her where I had to be. I told her if I call they are going to have me on hold for a long time which will lead me to reschedule.. I told her I already knew how to get there. She said I cannot enter until she have a room number..I don't know why she just kept talking to me like I did something wrong to her. I told her to talk to me in a better way. This lady should already know where the location is for pelvic floor therapy. So she told me to step to the side and let others pass. I looked on the wall and read the numbers and it said it right there. So I pointed to her the room number which she could of directed me to in the first place. And she finally let me through after giving me a hard time. I have to leave this a 1 star because I felt a lot of pressure from this security guard. She could have helped me but I had to fin for myself

The worst place. Just started going there out of convenience, because it was close to me. They canceled my appointment without telling me. I get there, they said the Dr. Left and I got to reschedule.. wasted my time. They could have called me and told me. So unprofessional. Go somewhere else if possible.

Today I had an appointment with Dr.Pressman at 11:20am. After the initial examination by his Resident Doctor, I was told that Dr. Pressman would see me in few minutes. After waiting for 25 minutes it seem ridiculous for me to stay any longer. I have call Einstein Cardiology to reschedule me with a different Doctor, hopefully this one would respect your value and time.

This place is the worst to try and make an appointment. I have been trying for 4 days now to make an appointment. And they are always unavailable. You leave a voicemail and they still won't call back. How a doctor's office always unavailable.
