I felt welcomed. I was in good hands. The personnel were cheerful, accommodating, competent, patient, helpful, and pleasant. The Physician Assistant was awesome: Kind, patient, an excellent communicator, proficient, but careful and caring. He was NOT awkward or cold. He uplifted my spirit with PRESENCE. His first words: "Thank you for choosing us."
Dr Jeremy Nau and staff are the true definition of professionals. Very thorough in the most caring way, they make you feel like you truly matter!! The hardest thing in today's society is finding a doctor you can trust, NO worries here as this doctor is the best in the business and we are truly blessed to have him in New Castle. I highly recommend an appointment if you are having issues or concerns.
I seen Jeremy, who is very professional and listens to me. He explained all my test and medication. Liz roomed me getting BP, went over my information and had an EKG. She also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The office staff on check out very professional and friendly. This is one of the BEST OFFICES at UPMC Jameson in New Castle,PA. They need more employees like these ladies Keep up the great work and professionalism.
The tech, Barb was professional, polite and very personable. She was courteous and took time to answer my questions and update my info. Very helpful. Dr. Mosebach is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made sure I understood everything about my testing and offered many options .He is the BEST Cardiologist! I trust him implicitly. (Very honest and trustworthy).
Love them nurses are so kind. The doctors and the Nurse practitioner is great. They sit and listen to you. If you are having problems and it's weeks or months before your appointment you can call or message them on MyUPMC app and they get right hack to you in a timely manner.
