Dr. Hickey is simply an amazing Cariologist. He has seen us through Stage 4 cancer, a severe heart attack, congestive heart failure and a heart transplant. He has guided us through every process perfectly, explaining in detail everything we needed to know. He is honest and extremely thorough. He fought for us to have only the best care and he personally checked on us throughout all of my care and continues to do so. He saved my life, of this I have no doubt, and I am eternally grateful.
I will never forget January 2017. Dr. Hickey came into my dad's ICU room and instead of waiting until my mom arrived, he had the end of life talk with me only. I had to be the one to tell my mom that her husband of 41 years would die. 2 months later and I still stay up at night troubled by this. Bedside manner = none.

Simply the best! The only cardiologist I (or Dr for that matter) that left me with no questions and complete confidence in what he was doing. When one hospital said they couldn't help me and that I should be dead... He left me with hope and a clear path to getting better.
