Dr. Devyani Chowdhury

One positive about this office was the front desk people. They were always kind & I knew their hands were tied. My daughter delt with POTS for couple years. Chowdhury was her dr. For the 20 visit we had NOT a one did we wait less then an hour for her. Not due to over booking or busy. We heard her several times eating lunch or on a personal call about dinner etc as we uncomfortably waited on her. Our recent visit in July was last straw....after waiting 2hrs and 15 minutes we left after begin told she would be another 20 minutes. We never saw her nor did I receive any phone call from her. But as you an guess she sent us a huge bill. I've called the office only to receive another bill.. what service did I pay for? Avoid this office!!

Very helpful and kind! My daughter had a heart murmur that was benign but appreciated all the help Dr chowdhury gave! Thank-you so much!

Nobody answers the phones or returns messages. I have been trying since 6/21/20 to get my son on their books for a follow up after being in the ER and I have called, left numerous voicemaill messages and it is now 7/30/20 without receiving any response. At this point I am looking elsewhere. I am done wasting my time with this office! Horrible customer service that noone even returns your call!
