Love the doctors and care was provided to my child but front desk ladies could do much better with the attitude,they make us feel very miserable,never greet or politely tell to wait or anything just ignoring,every time we come we feel the same,even last time we were confused with couple appointments in a row they seen we were sitting and waiting-didnt tell anything only the doctor told us we are done and can go home!How they can be so INDIFFERENT to costumers?We are not going there to have fun- the kid is diabetic,and life is complicated enough to be treated so miserable and disrespectful at the doctor's office,very disappointing!

My son recently went to this location and saw Dr. Roopali - all I can say is she is simply amazing! So thorough, answered all my questions, explained everything that was going on all while calmly handling my ADHD while I was going on and on about my son. This doctor is as patient as they come! The staff were also beyond friendly and helpful! I'm so happy we decided to go to THIS location regarding my concerns for my child.

Overall,ok"ish"help for our child,BUT!!..Trying to reach Doctor for ANY kind of follow up questions or ANSWERS has been NON-EXISTENT,and more annoying is being PROMISED to receive a call from "said" doctor and NOT receiving it,is just unacceptable to us as parents.Our child is hurting,ill,not being able to have normalcy,and at a CRITICAL crossroad!!!BUT BY ALL MEANS,IGNORE US,AND ENJOY YOUR VACATION!

Our daughter is seen by DR. Martin. I can't begin to say how wonderful she is. IMO 5 stars is not enough. If I could give 100 stars I would. Dr Martin always takes such great care, time, and consideration with our daughter. You can tell she loves her job and has a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you DR. Martin. :)
