Dr. Bhatia-Patel is an amazing heart failure specialist. She takes as much time needed meeting with her patients and answers all our questions. She is an advocate for her patients. When insurance denied a life-saving vest for my husband, twice, she picked up the phone and called the insurance company and they then approved it. My husband had a major heart attack. We were blessed to be able to have her as his heart failure specialist. She has made a very scary time in our life much less stressful.
