Showed up 10 min early for a 1pm appointment. Me and one other guy were there. I watched the room literally fill up and empty with people .. twice ! After the 2nd emptying At 1:30 I told the girl behind the desk that I had waited as long as I was going to and left. I had other appointments to go too. I don't appreciate disrespecting my time this way. I don't care what the reason was. Come tell me there will be a longer wait and offer to reschedule. Very very poor way to treat a paying customer..
