Great people working at the (sign in and check out) desks. The medical assistant was very nice. I just wish the doctor would have had the information from my primary care doctor and vascular surgeon available or already reviewed. He said he needed to download the information. I did get a good physical and the doctor explained in detail about injectable drugs for lowering cholesterol. All in all a good visit. See you all again in 6 months
I have to accompany my 97yr Father for an exam due to an abnormal EKG and Dr. Vamshi took extensive time with him and helped him to understand his condition. His bedside manner was amazing and he put Dad at ease. ALL doctors should be like him as it helps put the patient at ease. I was impressed by him And his care for my Dad. Great Doctor in my book. As I have worked in a customer service position for over 40 yrs the assistants at the front desk for signing in and out were amazing. Very professional office for sure.
I am very claustrophobic but the receptionist and technician made me feel very calm and at ease with what the test would be like. The technician took the time to explain in detail everything and gave me eye coverings to relax my mind. It worked out perfectly. Thanks to both ladies for caring in such an amazing way!
Prompt service and no delays with checking in. I had a 3pm appointment for my ECHO testing and I was in the room exactly at 3pm! Sally my tech introduced herself and continued throughout the exam to engage me in conversation on cardiac health & wellness. We had great rapport and time flew by. I felt seen and appreciated. Sally's bedside manner and clinical/technical expertise were beyond exemplary. Overall 5 stars for AMS Cardiology!!
The whole experience was great from the time I entered and signed in at the front desk to the time I left. The front desk receptionists were most helpful. Shannon was fantastic. Dr. Balaratna was most knowledgeable and excellent in answering my questions. I absolutely would recommend Dr. Balaratna to anyone in need of a cardiologist. Many thanks to everyone.
