Overall, the staff and Doctor were very professional and courteous. I couldn't complain about the nurse or rest of staff. The doctor could have included me in on the specifics a bit more and the reasoning for extra tests. Also, the wait was 20 min past the appointment time which isn't bad, but I value my time and only give a window of 30 minutes before I reschedule. So no big complaints.
