Thank you Dr. Guo for removing my kidney stone and not letting me suffer any longer...I was already mourning the recent loss of my husband. Dr. Leventhal was going to make me wait another 4 weeks to remove the kidney stone.

I had a kidney stone that I needed to have lithotripsy for and I saw Dr. Michael Kane. He's a complete joke. He shows no compassion or concern. When it was time for my surgery he showed up over 45 minutes late, and then said we might have to reschedule, which luckily we didn't. I've had over 20 stones and this was the most painful. Dr. Kane laughed and rolled his eyes when I told him I was in excruciating pain. The pain meds weren't working and then he had the audacity to tell me that stones don't cause pain. Then he scheduled a day to get my stent removed and I called the office to try to get it rescheduled for just the day before because my insurance was ending, someone said they couldn't and that it would be covered by the insurance. It wasn't. I've called the office to attempt to get the matter resolved and have yet to receive a phone call back. That was over a week ago. I will never go back to this office. He's a complete joke.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and really show you how much they truly care about how you're doing. Dr. Leventhal is just as friendly and really takes the time to make sure you understand whatever your problem may be. I hope to never have another kidney stone, but if I do I would definitely return here for help.
