Temple Chestnut Hill Cardiology

I was late and called and staff said if I'm in the office by 4:15 they would see me. Yes I arrived at 4:19 due to traffic on 309 and they refuse to see me despite me telling them it was urgent. I was upset and shown zero empathy or compassion.

Just want to say what wonderful experiences I have with Dr Natasha Fonseka. Never have to wait ! Taken in exactly the time of appointment . Dr Foneska is thorough and explains everything in a way you can understand.

I went here for the first time just for a "check up". The front desk lady was super nice and friendly. I didn't have to wait long before being called back. I had an ekg with the nurse who was also very nice and professional. The doctor I saw was nice, informative and explained everything very well. He answered all of my questions and eased my worries about a test from a different doctor that seemed irregular. Overall my drive to get to the appointment was longer than the actual appointment but it was well worth it. I am glad I went to this office and I am glad I don't have to go back unless I have any problems. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a cardiologist.

They all are so nice and organized. No real wait time and the office is clean.

This is my second time here I came last year to see about my heart and today I came back again and the nurse was extremely rude because I was on the phone. I understand that being on the phone is frowned upon and most businesses however, I was on an emergency phone call and after she sent me in the room, I figured it was OK to continue my phone call. Someone is on the phone or not or doing something you don't enjoy you do not get the right disrespect, disrespect them. She aggressively told me to get off the phone and then proceeded to snatch my phone pocketbook out of my hand before the procedure. After she left, I talked to the doctor about it, and he seemed to not Because he said their time is. My issue was that I could have simply been asked to get off the phone politely or asked to leave because they didn't want me on the phone. I would've made a choice and moved accordingly. However, I did not deserve to be disrespected in any type of way. This will be my last time there for sure because after talking to the doctor, I heard him go into the hallway and speak with the manager about me texting when he walked in the door. They were extremely unprofessional and uncaring.
