Dr. Hayes made me feel like I was a joke. From the moment she stepped into the room she was laughing. She did not listen to me nor did she let me speak without cutting me off. She told me having bradycardia, tachycardia with arrhythmia and low blood pressure drops accompanied by passing out is "normal". She made me feel like my symptoms do not matter because I am "young". It was an incredibly disheartening appointment.
This doctor walked in the room and had her mind made up I didn't have a "disease" that is actually a syndrome before speaking to me about my symptoms. She had me nervous, she was overbearing and rude. When I tried to speak to her about my symptoms she cut me off and was leading about my symptoms. I would definitely not recommend her to anyone! I'll be getting a second opinion.
Horrible experience with Dr Hayes. She does not listen to her Patients at all. Her staff is just as inconsiderate as she is. I've heard from multiple people to stay away from her practice but I tried them out anyways. Well I should have heeded their warnings. She dismissed my condition and when I was examined by another dr it was confirmed that she was wrong and could have KILLED me !!! I really am thinking about reporting her to the board and bringing all my documents with me and my new cardiologist is willing to back me up. I don't think she should be practicing. Her office has never done any ekg or stress test either on me in the 5 years I've been a patient of hers.
Dr. Hayes worked my husband in on short notice after a hospital stay. despite running behind she did not hurry, answering all of our questions and explaining new medication in depth. very professional, informative, kind. my husband felt much better after this visit. I feel like we are in good hands.
Amazing ! Found out what was wrong with my dad in a few minutes and he's now having the ablation done ! Thank you so much !
