I really wish this didn't happen because my father in law has been with Dr. Movva for quite a while now. It is true when people say that you're medical staff and the front desk is the first impression, each day. I called over there to get drmmovva signature for a medication, the lady answered the phone and could tell she already had an attitude, then when she asked for the medication name i did not have the prescription in front of me and my father in law forgot the name of it so he had to get it from his room, this lady actually hung up on me!!! I heard the phone slam down and all! I am extremely disappointed at the care your medical team is providing. I will update with her name, I did file a complaint. I truly think if you are having that bad of a day and will treat people like this then don't answer the phone. So undeserving to be the one who deals with clients everyday if this is how you treat them!!!
