I came to Jameson Hospital to get a chest x-ray as part of preop testing. I approached a desk by radiology and she pointed out the kiosk for me to sign in. After I signed in, I sat right in front of radiology. I waited an hour and my name was never called. I went to the radiology desk and she said oh you're supposed to check in at the kiosk and at the radiology desk. It pissed me off that I wasted an hour and a half getting a chest x-ray that should've taken two minutes because somebody was so ignorant they didn't tell me that I had to check in at the kiosk and the window that was 10 feet away.
