I merely tried to set up a new appointment with this Dr. I mentioned to the idiot that answered the phone, that I currently see a cardiologist in a town that is a further driving distance for me than Dr. Smith. Apparently that was too much for her to grasp. She asked ridiculous questions, which had no bearing on the conversation. If she represents this level of incompetentence, I will not change. Sorry Dr. Smith, maybe you should check on the people who are answering your phones. SMH in disbelief.

I have been calling for two weeks to get a prescription refill, with no luck. Although Dr. Smith's care is very good.. the office staff not so much help. UPDATE: Dr. Stafford Smith called me on a Sunday to find out what went wrong with my experience there. I explained my frustration and part of the equation was that my pharmacy does not notify the doctor when a new prescription is needed as some of the big box pharmacy's do. They are also working out the kinks of an answering system. It is quite unusual to get a call from a doctor on a Sunday so I had to change my rating for the effort he put in to correct the situation.

Dr. Smith is wonderful. He listens to us and always makes us feel like we are his only patients. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. Great doctor visits!

Dr Smith is very thorough during my first visit to him. Dr Smith ordered tests to be done on me when in the past three years other cardiologists did not. I appreciate Dr Smith's time he takes on me. I finally feel like a doctor is listening.

Hard to overstate how well I was treated by Dr Smith. He is very courteous and professional, and was able to help me with my problem during a very difficult time. I would recommend his practice to anyone. His staff was also very friendly, compassionate and helpful. I had a few extra requests that were required for my companies health insurance, and they made sure that all my paperwork was submitted correctly and on time.
