The doctor was pleasant but the follow up is nonexistent. I had my appointment over 2 weeks ago and was told that I would be getting a call to schedule a much needed MRI. I haven't heard from anyone and when I call, I can't talk to someone in the office. I can only leave a message for someone to call me back. Based on past performance, I'm not expecting a call back. Guess I need a new cardiologist.
I love Dr.Jones. I appreciate how he listens to me and he understands my concerns with my family history of heart disease. I am very lucky and thankful I was referred to him by Dr. Dente.
