Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I wanted to improve the life of our patients, mostly those with heart disease. What I want my patients to know about me: I will explain cardiovascular disease at hand, expectancy of life, medical management and all the management available for their conditions. Patients can expect care, compassion and support. What I do when I'm not seeing patients: I enjoy reading, landscaping, listening to music and spending time with my family.

Dr Figueroa is one of the very best doctors in Franklin Co. She has a quiet wonderful disposition but don't let that quiet mislead you. She is very knowledgeable about heart conditions and when a condition shows up she is very prompt at treatment. Her bedside manner is absolutely wonderful and very caring and comforting. To me, she's been the best Cardiologist in this area for many years and I'll see no one else for my heart condition.
