Upon arrival they must have been in an active meeting. Whi h created delay for person before me and once I was brought back I was taken care of with care and prompt assistance in my appointment.

Friendly staff and great interaction. I did not just get minimum service. They offered a flu shot and we discussed other things on my mind like the health benefits of weight loss shots. I wasn't rushed. I left feeling like I accomplished everything I needed to. Great experience.

Front window staff are very impersonal, more worried about what's on their computer than common courtesies of "good afternoon" or "how are you." Made it feel like I was interrupting their day. Most of what was covered in the first appointment could have been accomplished online. Doctor made it clear that I was just there to answer questions and move along, not to answer any questions or concerns I had.. Feels much more like I am just part of a process than like an actual patient they care about.
