I think this Doctor is the best there is, We travel 180 miles just to keep him as my doctor. He sits and listens to what you have to say and always ask us how everything has been. He has a very good sense of humor also. We love him.

Great patient care. I have been going to UPMC Cardiology since 1991 and have always receive excellent care from the Cardiologist(s) as well as the support staff. There is never a long wait time. All questions, whether it be in person or on the patient portal of UPMC Cardiology, are responded to in a timely manner. I highly recommend. Dr. Gutierrez has a calm demeanor and explains all conditions and procedures thoroughly. He also makes eye contact when discussing your options for medications and/or recommendation regarding the best way to treat your particular condition.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Gutierrez! Very caring and responsive to my concerns. 3 stars because I received another patients office visit summary instead of mine. I didn't realize it until I was home and started to review the documents. The office apologized and will complete followup and will send me my summary.
