You can never ever reach a doctor nurse anyone for an appointment. They told my 88 yr old mother they would see her in 6 months after Afib and a ton of medication she is allergic to most meds and we have been trying to reach for weeks. I finally moved on to another cardiologist. Now this office is calling to make appt. Guess how long I have been on hold 2hr 35 minutes still waiting for someone to talk to. Everyone should think about this. IT IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! This is Penn State. Our system is go broken
