Indirect care reviewing results of a procedure at a UPMC Hopsital was fine.
Billing was a nightmare. Not through UPMC at all; a paper bill asking me to write down my credit card # and mail it in. No online payment options.
Called first #; their system was down and could not look up the bill. Was a collections agency.
Called second # during narrow hours listed (1-4pm); person could not find bill or account even asking for a lot of personally identified info. Have to call back again on a specific different day for a specific person to handle.
