I like the new location. The staff was wonderful! The older woman who checked me in even offered me me water! And the nurse that went over my meds, etc was terrific! She knew exactly what I was talking about, very experienced, knowledgeable and above all, kind and friendly!
The Dr,NP and Staff are amazing. They are truly concerned about your issues. You don't feel rushed or like just a number. Yesterday was my 1st visit with Nicole and she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great team!!
As soon as i got there they took me in the exam room. Yes I was early. But after in exam room had to wait till my appointment. I would have like it if I was not rush into the exam room then have to wait for the sr till it was my appointment time.
Dr. Ward is the best. He explains the condition in a way u will understand. He's very thorough n the staff is extremely nice. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Ward and his nurse Tracy were very thorough and reassuring. He reviewed my case with care ahead of the visit. He explained his conclusions and plan in detail.
