Very good visit with Dr. Nguyen. Had a 48-hour heart monitor, and nobody called me about the results until I called almost 2 weeks later. I specifically asked about follow up when I called. I did read Dr. Nguyen's notes in the portal. When I missed the call back, they left a message, telling me exactly what I had already read in the portal. Unfortunately they didn't answer the question I asked about whether I should have a follow up appointment. I'm thinking so, as I am supposed to be "monitored clinically". It is a major obstacle to calling this practice as phone wait times are 10+ minutes. I don't really have the energy right now to call, only to have someone not answer my question anyways. Health care disappoints once again. Very poor.
