About Dr. Jonathan E. Holtz, MD
Jonathan Holtz, MD, is an advanced heart failure cardiologist. He is certified in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, National Board of Echocardiography, and Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is medical director of advanced heart failure at UPMC Altoona and is a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his residency at University of California San Francisco, followed by his fellowship at UPMC.
