I had a nuclear stress test done 8 days ago, have attempted to contact via phone for last 3 days, Noone has returned my call. Finally made contact via phone on day 8, person representing them replied the test has not even been looked at or read yet? And states don't know when it will be looked!!!. Absolutely pathetic!!!! One could have a heart attack while waiting for this outfit. I'm just totally aghast.

Love Dr Larkin but I don't know how anyone can make an appointment! No one answers the phone for scheduling and when you leave a message no one calls back. I've been trying for 3 days to schedule an appointment with no success. I do not want to switch drs as I've been with Larkin for 20 years but I'm not sure what else to do! If you call billing or the nurse line they pick right up. But don't call scheduling because it's a lost cause.

Only giving a 3 because of the drs I've seen here, as far as front staff they're horrible, I've called MULTIPLE times to try and schedule follow ups, left numerous messages to recieve a call back, and no return calls. Supposed to be having a procedure done in a few weeks and kinda nervous that I won't be able to get ahold of their office if I need them afterwards

Staff are very unprofessional on the phone and in the office. Mistreated my aunt horribly. Said unprofessional things about the doctor that did her procedure. They speak to you in a degrading manner. Did not communicate to the doctors the issues she was having. Dr Kozeski deserves a 5 star but the rest of the staff deserves a zero. They should he ashamed of how they behave.

The people who work there are very friendly and helpful they answer any questions you may have and if they are not sure they ask someone who does. A very friendly, compassionate place for your medical needs. The employees are very friendly and helpful they also talk to you and keep you feeling safe.
