Dr. Garrido is an excellent surgeon and person. From my first meeting with him he made me feel very comfortable. He took the time to explained the blockage in my arteries and what was needed to correct it.. On the morning of my surgery he joined my family and I in Pray before I was taken to the operating room. He also has an excellent bedside matter and displayed genuine concern for me and my recovery throughout the entire process. Thank you very much.

I came to Jefferson Abbington Hospital by transport from Torresdale Hospital under distress and with equipment attached to keep me alive. I woke up at Jefferson Abbington with a ton of machines attached to me. Undaunted, Dr. Garrido directed his team to prepare me surgery. A period of time later, I am doing great and feel good with the "Heart pump" attached to my heart. As other patients have stated in their reviews, I trust him and his staff 150%. As a retired 30 plus year trial Lawyer, I highly recommend Dr. Gaurrido!

ZERO stars. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Garrido. He performed a single bypass on my husband. Closed him up. Sent him to recovery. Called to tell me he was in recovery. Called me 10 minutes later to say my husband had to go back into surgery. Thank G-D our cardiologist was there and saw something was wrong. Blood wasn't flowing up and down at the site of the bypass. He didn't see this?? He then passed my husband off to another surgeon I didn't know. He proceeded to go to another case. Just left my husband. My husband was in ICU for a week. We NEVER heard from him. NEVER. He didn't visit my husband not once. He didn't come to explain what happened. NOTHING. Is this normal procedure?? I have never been this disillusioned or disappointed in a doctor like this. I find him to be negligent and not caring at all. I'm not one to post negative comments. This one needed to be shared.

Dr Garrido is an excellent surgeon he saved my husband life, his bedside manner is excellent, very calm demeanor, super intelligent and has hands of an angel. He takes the time to explain everything so you can understand every step of the way. My husband I trust him 150% and would recommend him to anyone with heart issues.

Dr. Garrido is an incredibly gifted surgeon, from his excellent treatment, investigative mind and warm demeanor, you know where you stand and what steps are necessary to correct the situation. He thoroughly explained all aspects of my procedure and his easy confidence instilled a sense of confidence in me. His office staff is exceptional and my recovery has been textbook. I highly recommend Dr. Garrido and his staff
