Patient Reviews

Patient

Patient for over 20 years. Wish I had known how bad they are. High cholesterol for years. Allergic to statins, but pain in my legs is better than a stroke. 3 TIAs and they finally put me on the smallest statin. After my small stroke they bumped up the dose but would not order a Lipid Pannel to determine how effective they were. Instead 6 weeks after the stroke, with recovery nearly 90% they medically suspended my drivers licence w8th no discussion or exam. When I asked about alternatives to statins, the doc looked me in the eyes and lied to me, saying no, there are none. There is. Now seeing a new doc not connected with this clinic and for the first time in years I feel seen.

Thumbs up My care has been met from seeing doctors to having minor surgery. Needs help in scheduling and how many doctors they have. But a good place.

I really liked my primary care provider and this office, but recently I have been disappointed in their office and will soon be establishing care elsewhere. My pcp went mia, and when I last saw the pa she assured me that I would still be able to see her or another covering provider until my appointment to establish with another pcp at the office several months into the future. As I'm dealing with a new health issue that has effectively ruined my life for the past few months, I went online to schedule a follow up after the labs came back only to find that I could not get an appointment until many many months out. I kept checking back while hunting for anyone who could see me sooner and as of today I am completely unable to book appointments online. Between being left hanging during this health crisis and this office being so far from home at this point, I am going to see a pcp elsewhere.

30 minutes early for my daughters appointment, checked in and they cleared the waiting room and ran over her appointment time. Absolute worst people and treatment available. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you expect actual health services. Same thing days later across the street for my wife's surgery, they lie to you about post op and nurses and doctors act like this place is a high school not a hospital. Definitely find another hospital to be treated, they don't care about you, they are here for a paycheck and to gossip with their friends.

PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Do yourself a favor and skip the trip to this hospital!! I came here 2 years ago just because I wasn't feeling well. I should've only needed fluids and then sent home and things would've been fine. Instead, I was here for 67 days. They killed me and took my entire life that day. I was restrained and heavily medicated which stopped my heart. I am now disabled for the rest of my life. I suffer from a brain injury due to their care. I lost my vision due to the brain injury, I couldn't walk or speak clearly anymore. I have zero use of the left side of my body. They took my entire life away. Nurses were terrible and treated me like I was a chore, instead of a patient. They continued to misdiagnose me and put me through blood infusions that they later realized it wasn't necessary to my care. They even got to the point to tell my family to start saying goodbye to me because I wasnt going to make it out of there. They continued to heavily medicate me which resulted in me having no idea I was there or dying. I honestly believe if it wasnt for my family constantly fighting for my life, I wouldn't have made it out. I hope no one has to go through the hell I still deal with every single day because of that walk into the the ER that day. It is the biggest regret I have to live with. I hope you don't go here, please find somewhere else. I am not even capable of typing this review without assistance. I can't put into words how devastating this experience has been for me and my family.
