I took my elderly aunt there. Originally the appointment was at their other location, at my request we changed date and location. We arrived five minutes early, not greeted in any way by the sullen receptionist who checked her in. After waiting 40 minutes, a medical assistant came out informing us that the insurance authorization was only for the other location! Why couldn't anyone be bothered to call me the week before, the morning of, or at least tell me when we walked in?! I wasted nearly two hours of driving, a ton of gas, and missed nearly a half day of work, all for nothing.
