THE BEST EXPERIENCE in Urgent Care. LPN Britt was wonderful! Dr. D. Hager was great! Imaging, check in, all of it! Just fantastic!! They even had a lady with a cart with drinks & snacks.

I had to come in for an Urgent Care visit on Sunday morning. My MA (Karen) was not only professionalbut also had excellent bedside manner. The same can be said of Dr Waterman. I can imagine working on a Sunday is no ideal for most people, but you would never be able to tell by their demeanor. They were able to address my concern and get me taken care of. Not that anyone wants to go back to Urgent Care but if I need to, I hope I can deal with them again.

I came in experiencing severe pain due to a rare condition, and from the moment I arrived, I was met with remarkable compassion and professionalism. I would like to specifically commend the physician, Dr Meyerand the entire nursing staff. I remember their faces Not their names due to pain, however, They took a considerable amount of time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain my treatment options, demonstrating immense patience and understanding. When I had a reaction to the pain medication, their calm and considerate demeanor was incredibly reassuring. They went above and beyond, offering me extra time, water, and even food to ensure my comfort and well-being during a challenging time. Furthermore, the pharmacy staff and technicians were incredibly quick and courteous. Their efficiency and professionalism were greatly appreciated. The entire medical office operated with a level of care and coordination that made a significant difference in my experience. I am profoundly appreciative of every individual who contributed to my care. Thank you for fostering such a compassionate and competent environment.

Doctor Somphone was very informative and professional. I can see he cares about his patients and made me feel cared. All staff were very kind.

Reception, check-in, nurse triage, nurse rooming and Dr Asakawa were all exemplary in their interactions with me and with other members I observed coming and going today. All were attentive, helpful, kind, caring, supportive and thorough. The waiting areas are large and comfortable, and the little coffee shop at the main entrance is nice for a quick beverage or snack. The photo shows the layout and history of the building, still seems clever after all the years that have passed.
