Patient
The cardiac rehab location at this address on the far right of the building has two Front Desk staff members who are incredibly disrespectful. Both times I visited this location, the Front desk gal on the left side with red curly hair has had a rude tone in addition to talking negatively about the patient in front of me and me personally. Also, she interrupts people because she clearly knows better rather than asking for help...They should realize and understand that when we sit down, we can hear them talking. Just because they can't see us doesn't mean we can't hear them. Whoever's visiting this location is either doing it to feel better themselves or helping someone to feel better. The last thing we need is someone that's rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately, I think this is the girls's personality and not something she could be coached on. I will not be returning to this location, nor will I refer anyone else that I know... Just because you work at the front desk of the cardiac rehab facility, doesn't mean that you're better than everyone else that visits the location. I'm not sure who gave you the power of sitting at this front desk, but I think you should take friendliness into consideration. Every time you visit a clinic or medical facility, the first person you speak to provides the initial impression of your overall visit. Maybe some consideration should go into finding someone who is friendly.
