Kaiser Permanente North Lancaster Medical Office

Kaiser insurance has been great . Have visited different clinics around the Salem Portland area and the service ,facilities are clean and comfortable. Drs,nurses and office staff very patient, caring and helpful. Nice experiences. Very happy with all my Dr's.

I've never had a bad experience with Keizer. My appointment today was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my procedure. My questions were answered and very easy to understand. I was taken to the exam room as soon as I got to the waiting area. There was no wait time. If I were to have a complaint, it would have to be the wait time for the appointment. Having to wait for more than 2 weeks for an appointment was unfortunate.

The tech was inviting, funny and one of the best at providing an Echo. I'm struggling to recall his name but I had a 10:10am apt on Saturday 12/13/2025 at North Lancaster in Salem, Oregon. Highly recommend he is congratulated on his professionalism and real ability to engage in a meaningful conversation.

Met with Dr Widman, dermatologist, for the first time. Really felt confident in him and his staff. The Dr was friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. He gave me my options and explained exactly what was going to happen. Just another example of the fine specialists on staff with Kaiser. I know, I see a lot of them!!

I prefer this location and have finally found a primary worth my time. I've been a patient at this location most of my life. I wish Salem had more dermatologist options. I don't like having to go to the Portland area for care.
