Cascade Cardiology

I really like my doctor but dealing with the clinic staff is awful. I was in on July 30 at which time my doctor ordered a scan. I was told to check back in 2 weeks if I wasn't contacted. I waited 3 weeks called 5 days in a row and left messages each time. I finally tried to call the appointment desk yesterday and received a voice mail message saying tge voice mail box was full. I called back, and selected the billing department. The yoing man that answered said they were behind and short handed but he would speak with the individual responsible fir scheduling and have them call. No surprise...still waiting for that call I plan to visit the office next week in an attempt to get this scheduled.

Have nothing but top scores for Cascade Cardiology. The doctors are very professional and give you all the time you need at your appointments. Yes you may need to wait but it is worth it. Very full of compassion and top care. Will never go anywhere else! .

The wait time is ridiculous. They ask you come in 15 minutes before your appt, only to make you wait for another 45 minutes AFTER your time, 1hr total. Then your rushed through your appt and don't you dare to ask any questions. Total time from walking in the front door to leaving 1hr and 11 minutes Not to mention that when you schedule with yr DR but they send you his PA instead, that's happened 3 times so far. These are just normal check ups, these are following Cabg x5

Please go elsewhere. The degree of ageism bias i have experienced here has been unnerving. Seen this clinic a couple years. Came in with chest pain complaints. Heard you are too young for this each visit but everything was "ok" Er reports abnormal results Go to clinic they tell me everything is fine check up in 6 months. 6 months check up im in neart failure now. Cue thier tests procedures. Go in for a minor procedure to check for blockages. The dr that did it was so unprofessional, botched the whole thing. Do you know what its like having a wire go in your heart wide awake because dr didn't let meds kick in he was in a hurry didn't know he was even supposed to be there that morning? Tell you your high risk and didn't read your charts? My experience i came back told my attending this he looks me in the eyes says he's going to take care of me. I put up a google review as people and clinic needed to know about my experience with the procedure that left me in nightmares. My attending decided that since I had a complaint i should be terminated from care. This clinic unfortunately is disorganized and you cant reach medical staff. When you do its after phone tag for days sometimes weeks.. As the office manager told me today when I asked why im let go. Doctor said there's plenty of clinics in town for care go find a different one. We should all note these words. Any current patients don't complain about your care if it's bad it won't be looked at for improvement you won't receive better care, they will just let you go.

Had an amazing experience here for my heart issues. My doctor recommended I see a cardiologist, and I saw Dr. Patel -- he was great! The whole team was professional, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing cardiac care.
