They all saved my life from the ER to ICU, PCU, Regular room then discharge. The ambulance staff was a big part of saving me. I would love to thank them all in person if possible. It would mean alot to me and my family. I didn't see for nurses etc. The whole staff did excellent work.i also want to thank the Pastor for his words helped me process my death experience. Unexpected stay at Mercy because of a broken hip. Love this hospital! Nurses were always friendly and on to of things. If they said we'll be back and midnight and 4am for blood draws, they were always there promptly.Doctors stopped by maybe once only, but the hospital has these "leaders" that come in and check on how your stay has been, and resolve any issues there may be. There are always hiccups in most every event, but my stay at Mercy was great, especially under the circumstances.

The ER Doctor suggested that I stay overnight for further evaluation (or until my breathing was better) The Nurses and Respiratory Doctor was great! I felt safe and informed with my Asthma under control. With a new prescription, I can now control my own symptoms. Thank you Mercy (Common Spirit) and Happy Holidays to all staff members.

I had a recent visit with Mercy Emergency Department and hospital stay and I wanted to share my experience. I had loss of hearing in one ear and blurred vision. It took a few hours to see a doctor, but they ordered CT scans and then recommended that I be admitted into the hospital for a Head MRI to rule out a possible stroke. All of this took about 8 hours before I got into a hospital room. My hospital stay was for one day and the service I received was absolutely Stellar. I would like to compliment the doctor, Dr. Joshua Fisher for his remarkable thoroughness of testing and diagnosis, for which I left the hospital with no blurred vision after receiving the medication for Orthostatic Hypotension. My wife is most grateful that Dr. Fisher ruled out a stroke. The Registered nurse, April Botello was amazing and so professional. The CNA nurse, Julia Brown, was amazing and professional as well. Also the night nurse, Maddy was awesome. I also wanted to mention the gentleman who did my Head MRI was wonderful and good to his word when he told me he would complete the outcome of my test promptly because he knew I had been waiting for quite some time. Not sure if this gentleman was Douglas Larson. You know I always pray for God to give Wisdom to all the employees at the hospital and strength to endure each day. Well, let me tell you these individuals were Wise, Wonderful, and Professional and I am grateful for their dedication and Stellar Proformance in their jobs. Thank you and may God bless each of you.

I recieved Awesome Care from Mercy and their care team. ER Staff, n Nurses Highly Recommended. I came in the er with a broken hip and 6 ribs broken from an atv accident. I was not even in the waiting room, they wheeled me right back and started doing test. It was all a blur, but everyone was so kind and truly, caring. i was admitted and had surgery 2 days later, Dr Williams had me patched up, did an awesome job, She is a rock star !! Had me up and walking the next day. Dr Lucas Short keep me updated every step of the way and even referred me to my new preferred provider Dr Joshua Fisher who has done a very good Job with my follow up visits. Coming from Washington State this care beats any i have seen here. Thank You
