Do not recommend. I was a patient here and even had a descending aortic repair done using a new procedure which my surgeons used to discuss at panels. However when I needed a 3rd open heart surgery they decided my only option for care was to go home and wait for my aneurysm to kill me. They were not willing to perform the life-saving procedure because they didn't think I'd survive it. I won't go into detail about all the medical abuse and trauma I received before getting this news. Good news I went to another hospital after finding a surgeon willing to perform the open heart surgery.

Waited 3 months and 45 minutes on the phone to schedule to get an appointment with Dr. James Beckerman and was 5 minutes late after being sent to the wrong building and they wouldn't see me. Catherine B at the desk was rude from the minute I arrived, informed me that I would not be seen and never offered to reschedule. The entire desk was without any kindness or empathy. And what kind of arrogant facility makes you wait 4 months for an appointment, wait on hold for hours to schedule, ask you to arrive 20 minutes early and then when you are given the wrong location information by THEIR staff so you walk to another building unnecessarily, they refuse to see you for being 6 minutes late. I would have cut my appointment time down or rescheduled but was never given that opportunity. Catherine B should not be in customer service or needs more training. In fairness she probably doesn't get paid enough either but providence is going downhill.

I called to schedule an appointment for a family member. He was a patient of their clinic. They refused to make the appointment. They kept asking and verifying questions. What is that? I am only making an appointment. Ultimately, they refused and asked for a referral again, and my family member needed the appointment. It is a heart clinic. It should be urgent.

I cannot begin to thank the team at providence, my nurse Amanda is and was amazing, I could not have asked to be more comfortable and at ease and that is not easy for me. Doctor Brandon Jones is amazing as well, thank you guys for saving my life.

I wore a holter monitor for a month while I was having afib for the first time. The doctors here were incredible. They made me feel a lot less scared, like what I was going through was common, and they walked me through the process with humanity and dignity.
