Stay away from this place. Will try and charge you for whatever they can. My wife made an appointment and told them she just wanted to have her annual preventative checkup. When she arrived, she communicated she was there for a preventative checkup. While she was with the doctor, she also asked about a skin tag she had. Didn't think it would be such a big deal. Because she also asked about that, this office no longer deems the appointment a preventative checkup and insists on charging us over $200 for a "specialty appointment". This has been incredibly frustrating to say the least. You try to have the best intentions and just want to have a regular checkup with your doctor. Now it makes us hesitant to ask about anything else because they'll change the purpose of the appointment and charge you what they can. We tried emailing them multiple times and explain. I had to follow up twice after no response after months with no response. They won't investigate, call us, etc and are only going off what their "notes" say. Not what we said when we made the appointment or before or anything of that sort. Would be great to have this fixed but again, way more difficult than it ever needed to be. UPDATE - the owner responded saying they'd call. They never did. We called again instead. I'll just say this, if you are going in for a preventive checkup, don't answer the question "is there anything else going on you want to talk about" from the doctor. They'll charge you more. The rep told me on this on the phone. Personal opinion, I'd just pick another doctor if you have options.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Pooja Jujari as my new primary care physician, and I'm truly impressed. She was very detailed, listened carefully, and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the visit. The staff were also amazing -- so friendly and welcoming. They helped me throughout the appointment and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Jujari and her team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and supportive medical practice.

Dr. Alyusuf, MD is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to truly listen, making you feel heard and respected. Her depth of knowledge is clear from the moment you speak with her, and she explains things in a way that's easy to understand. She's incredibly thorough, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your health and well-being. I felt completely comfortable throughout my visits, and it's clear she goes above and beyond for her patients. I can't recommend her highly enough! Unfortunately, I was unable to keep my appointment because I needed a driver and my ride was late, but Pacific Medical Group Tigard was so understanding to my situation and me being unable to drive myself. Since I was willing to calmly explain my situation they were understanding and helped me reschedule my appointment. Them listening to my situation and rescheduling without judgment because I was apologetic and had a good reason meant the world to me most people don't understand that these doctors office workers need a paycheck too and when we're constantly running late or scheduling our appointments because something else comes up it can be very frustrating so I know this doctors office has a strict cancellation policy, but when us as patients are calm and willing to explain our situation, they are understanding. I think everyone should know their rights. This clinic would have you believe it is law to come in every six months or they will not renew your prescriptions. Even if they aren't prescriptions that require monitoring. This is not law it is their policy. You are just numbers to the clinic. No matter how great your MD/NP...is, it's the clinic policies they are following, so I don't blame the doctors. This falls solely on the clinic and those who enforce policies that continuously bring money in for them and take it from you purely out of greed. After years of fighting them on this I finally gave up and switched clinics, where I am not required to go on more than one a year. Do yourself a favor and don't get sucked in to their BS policies and find a clinic that sees you as a patient and not how to line their pocketbook.
