Dr. Abraham diagnosed me and sent me for confirming testing on my first visit to him after spending months on my sofa lying down or sleeping. I received the proper medication and was able to start a new job in two weeks from my first visit. On my subsequent visits he is always informed on everything in my file and is meticulous with his follow through. He questions to be sure I am being monitored on issues that would affect my cardiac health and orders tests if they are not being done otherwise. He gave me back my life and makes sure it is being taken care of as I go forward. I am very grateful for his continued care.

Dr. Abraham helped extend my father's life by four years and counting. He is 92 now. He has heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, high blood pressure and mild emphysema. He takes a half dozen medications - all of which have side effects - but they are all allowing him to garden, ride his bicycle and go for walks. My father's complicated health issues are probably similar to many of Dr. Abraham's patients. He has enjoyed the additional years but knows his condition is complex and that he will not live forever. My family is thankful to Dr. Abraham for the years he has given my father.

My father was a patient of Dr. Jacobs for a couple of years. Long story short, My father was admitted to the ER due to kidney failer on August 28, 2016 from all the medications he was given. He remained in the hospital and on September 1st. Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Alex Morss decided to perform a mild procedure that would allow them to take a better look at his heart function. That mild procedure put my father in the CICU " critical intensive care unit". He never woke up after that procedure and passed away on September 4, 2016 thirteen days after his 66th birthday. Our family never got the chance to say goodbye.
