I called to get new garage opener estimates and Robert was there the next day. He provided two brand new garage openers, set up the cars to allow them to be opened. Robert's Garage Doors came to my assistance on Friday night (you're aware that all things happen on weekend or on a Friday night) as my door was locked. They stated they could be in my area from 6 to 10 pm, but arrived at 4:45 pm and alerted me via text message that a technician was in the process of arriving. Levi was able to identify the problem and gave the reasons and suggestions on how you could fix it. Within an hour, I had a an easy-going door and a few tips for keeping the same. Robert's Garage Doors was all around excellent. They were able to accommodate me to do a same-day repair on the afternoon of a Friday. The technician who performed the repair Andy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He clearly explained the issues that were causing the issue with our door and the issues that was needed to be done to fix it. He did a great job and cleaned afterward.
I called early on Monday morning, and at the time I finished my call I had both my garage doors fixed and operating flawlessly. One of the doors had the hardware ripped out from the door. It looks fantastic after they repaired it. They also installed new pull ropes onto each door for use when power is off.
